Appomatix LLC ("Appomatix," "we," "us," or "our") operates the Purely Payments mobile application (the "App"), a tool that helps landlords and property managers collect rent, send leases for e-signature, and manage maintenance requests. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices you have. By using the App, you agree to this Policy.

We do not collect device location, contacts, browsing history, health data, or any advertising identifier, and the App contains no advertising or third-party analytics/tracking SDKs.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for advertising or marketing. We share data only with service providers that process it on our behalf to operate the App:

We may also disclose information if required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Appomatix, our users, or others.
Rent payments are processed by Stripe, a licensed payment processor. Funds are paid to the landlord's own connected Stripe account; Appomatix does not hold or custody user funds. Stripe's handling of your payment data is governed by Stripe's privacy policy at https://stripe.com/privacy.
We retain your data while your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days, except records we are legally required to keep — for example transaction and payment records, which we retain for up to 7 years for tax, accounting, and dispute-resolution purposes — after which they are deleted.
We protect your information using industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and encryption at rest, access controls, and row-level security in our database. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data.
The App is intended for property owners and managers and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Account holders (landlords/managers) may enter information about their tenants. If you provide another person's information, you confirm you have the right to do so. Tenants may contact us at the email above with questions or requests regarding their information.
We operate in the United States, and your information may be processed there. By using the App, you understand your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States.
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
This Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
